36V250W 26"/28" Rear E-Bike Conversion Kit for Freewheel with 36V13Ah HL1 Battery

This is the fourth Yose ebike conversion I have done, Fist was my own, then my wife's and now two friends. They have taken me about three hours to fit each one with a basic set of tools plus the special tools supplied with the kit. The most difficult part is usually fitting the battery mount. Most bikes don't have fixings that line up with the mounting holes. I have now purchased a Riv-nut tool so I can install Riv-nuts in the frame for the mounts. One ladies bike I did, I had to mount the Battery on a rear carrier as there was not enough room between the frame members. The rear axle is quite thick and sometimes needs the frame slots filing out a bit. another small problem is the wire from the rear hub makes it difficult to remove the rear wheel to repair a puncture. keep a 19mm spanner and some cable ties with you. Performance is great and so far all four have been reliable. I can get about 60 miles on a charge with economical use.

Straight forward kit, fitted to a Carrera Crossfire Mens hybrid, had to make slight alterations to fit controller to the frame, other than that works a treat, very impressed and adds fun back to cycling.

Conversion kit (wheel + battery + tools/accessories) arrived very quickly and well packaged. All items appear to be good quality and I especially like the simple waterproof wiring and connectors (julet). Fitting the wheel to old Ridgeback hybrid bike was no problem. For the battery I had to buy an additional bracket to fix securely as the mount points on my bike were not in the right place for the battery pack. Once built it performs as expected… the PAS settings allow for different levels of power and I find 3 (range 1-5) to be perfect. Very happy with my purchase from Yose power.
