Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the product hasn't met your expectations, we'd appreciate the opportunity to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, you are required to meet the following conditions:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return.

Please send the package to us within 3 business days after initiating the return request.
Return Time
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
Refund Time
A refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the returned package.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please start by checking your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then, reach out to your bank, as there is often some processing time before the refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: service@yosepower.co.uk
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
