How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.
Where does the product ship from?
Batteries and e-bike conversion kits are shipped from our UK warehouse, while some accessories may be shipped from warehouses outside the UK.
How do I return a product?
If you have any questions or need to return the product, please contact our customer service email. We will provide you with a free return label, or return it at your own expense, according to Yose Power's return policy.
How can I exchange an incorrect item if I purchased it?
Please contact our sales service email, and we will provide you with the return address. Once you return the incorrect item to our warehouse, we can either exchange it or issue a refund. Afterward, you can place a new order.

Do I need to cover the shipping costs?
Currently, we offer free shipping on our products. For any special repairs or additional services, please contact our after-sales support for a quote.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order for you.
If the product has already been shipped, you will need to refuse the package upon delivery.
Can I pay with a credit card or in instalments?
We accept most credit cards, as well as Klarna for installment payments, along with Pay Now and Pay Later options. We also support popular payment methods like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How can I change the address after placing an order?
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product hasn't been shipped yet, we'll make the change for you.
However, if the product has already been shipped, we won't be able to change the address directly. In that case, you'll need to reach out to the courier company.
