The original pedal sensor in kit isn't fit for Hollowtech II and Octalink. The brake levers are not fit for bike with hydraulic brake.

The conversion Kit was easy to fit, even for an 80+ year old, all cables were
colour coordinated, and fitted on my folding bike with ease, The difference is
outstanding and is a pleasure to ride my bike again, many thanks to YOSE-POWER from JHH.

Yose 250W 36V Electric Bike convertion Kit.

In my view this is a really good quality product, and is excellent value. It's amazing to get the whole kit (minus battery) to convert your bike to be electric for less than £200.

Improvements needed.

I must say that there are several bad points and I will list them here. First is the actual eBike kit. In my opinion it would be better if the buyer could choose exactly what parts they require. In my case I will not be using the brakes, the light, the controller and the thumb throttle. This means I have paid for four items I will not be using which is just a waste.

Next relates to the cable attached to the front hub motor. The cable length is 1.8 metres, but on my bike I will only be using 0.9 metres so somehow I have got to lose 0.9 metres. In my opinion it will be more sensible to have a short cable that ended on the front fork and another cable to connect with the controller. The reason for this idea is if the front wheel needs to be removed then it can be done easily with the short cable.

I was surprised to see that the wheel did not have any rim tape liner. Surely the expense of adding this would be minimal and convenient for the customer.

Finally customer service is exceptional. Joey replies quickly and answers my questions precisely.

So in conclusion I feel that there could be some amendments to your setup that would prove more useful to future buyers.

According to your suggestion, we have improved the motor cable. Hope you can provide more suggestions.

20" Wheel with motor

I bought this unit to fit to an existing electric bike where the motor had failed
Was easy to fit and had all the bells and whistles. I did not use the pedal thing so cant comment on that. I weigh 70kg and runs at a good speed with lost of help up the hills.
I had only one problem when I had to break hard- the motor stopped working and I had to disconnect the brakes to get it up and running again
